THE LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE
Where Youth Build Identity, Confidence, and Leadership Presence.
The MTA Leadership Collective is a cohort-based development experience designed to shape young leaders through structured discussion, real-life skill practice, mentorship, service, and accountability—supported by the MTA Growth System and Journal + Rewards Portfolio.
WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE?

- accountability and self-discipline

- service leadership and community impact
