Phase 3 — Academics & Life Readiness: discipline habits, time management, money basics, career exposure.
Phase 4 — Movement & Wellness: fitness habits, resilience routines, stress tools.

Growth is tracked and reinforced through Leadership Journals, a Rewards Passport, badges, and advancement levels. Recognition is tied to effort, consistency, reflection, integrity, and contribution—not just performance.
