At Moore Than Athletics, youth don’t just join an activity — they join a Pack. The Wolf Pack is our culture, identity, and leadership standard that unifies every program, every age group, and every season.

This is what makes MTA different: We don’t rely on hype or talent alone. We build a shared culture that shapes how youth show up, grow, and lead.

WHY THE WOLF?

We chose the wolf because it represents the values we want every youth to develop:

  • Unity: Wolves move with purpose — they don’t do life alone.
  • Leadership: Leadership shifts based on the moment; everyone has a role.
  • Protection & Responsibility: The strong protect and support the developing.
  • Discipline: Wolves train, communicate, and stay focused on the mission.
  • Resilience: They adapt, keep going, and rise through challenges.

Our mascot is not about being “tough.”

It’s about being connected, accountable, and mission-driven.

THE PURPOSE OF THE PACK

This culture is the glue that connects our entire ecosystem — athletics, leadership development, life skills, mentorship, and resilience training.

The Wolf Pack exists to create a culture where youth:

  • Learn how to lead, not just participate
  • Develop discipline through structure, coaching, and consistent standards
  • Grow through every program with a unified identity and expectations

HOW YOUTH GROW IN THE PACK

Youth don’t “age out.” They advance.

As youth mature, they earn leadership opportunities such as:
