Cheriese Davis-Moore

 Founder & Executive Director

 Cheriese is the founder and visionary behind Moore Than Athletics. She leads MTA’s mission, program ecosystem development, partnerships, and organizational growth. With a business background and over 20 years of experience in higher education and financial services, she brings strong operational discipline, stakeholder communication expertise, and sustainability thinking to building a high-impact youth organization.

Vision + program ecosystem design

Partnerships, fundraising readiness, and community trust

Enrollment systems, parent experience, and program delivery standards

Youth outcomes tracking and growth pathway development

Keith Moore

Chief Behavioral Health & Operations Officer

 

Keith supports MTA’s operations, program implementation, and youth development framework. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services and has over 15 years of experience working in youth behavioral settings, along with current experience supporting youth involved with the juvenile justice system. Keith also brings more than a decade of coaching experience in youth football and high school basketball, reinforcing MTA’s commitment to discipline, structure, and leadership through sport.

Program operations, safety standards, and staff training

Youth support strategies and evidence-informed skill building (non-clinical)

Coaching development and team culture

Referral partnerships and collaborative service pathways

Pam Flowers

Board Chair & Director of Governance & Health Strategy

 

Pam provides governance leadership and strategic oversight to ensure MTA operates with integrity, safety, and long-term sustainability. With a master’s degree and 30+ years of experience across healthcare and career education environments—including hands-on work as a medical assistant, teaching medical assisting, and program leadership as a director—Pam strengthens MTA’s systems, policies, and quality standards.

Leadership Focus Areas:

Governance, compliance, and organizational accountability

Policy development and health/safety strategy

Program quality oversight and risk management

Partner alignment and long-range planning
